These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://www.hostedbyraquel.com and our text messaging program, operated by HOSTED BY RAQUEL GEMACH, INC. ("Hosted by Raquel," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the website or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms.

SMS Program Terms

  1. Program description. Hosted by Raquel sends text messages to people who opt in through the SMS consent checkbox on our website form. Messages cover availability inquiries, pickup and return coordination, receipts for borrowed and returned items, and gemach hours updates. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
  2. Cancellation. Text STOP to the number that messaged you to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. To rejoin, text START or sign up again on our website.
  3. Support. Text HELP for assistance, or contact hostedbyraquel1@gmail.com or +1 (718) 336-4678.
  4. Message frequency. Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month.
  5. Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply to messages you send and receive. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.
  6. Carrier liability. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  7. Supported carriers. The program is supported on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile, and most regional carriers.
  8. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and the account holder (or authorized user) of the mobile number you provide.
  9. Privacy. See our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for marketing.
